Why should anyone care to listen to me? I have always been a bit of an extremist and learn the hard way through experience. My downfalls, triumphs, failures, and victories are unique to me. From each of them I have learned a different lesson in which I use Fortis EQ as a platform for the philosophy I have forged from each of them.

I compete in Professional Natural Bodybuilding and Raw Powerlifting. I started my career personal training where I learned the importance of client-instructor communication. Today I still have an emphasis on the PT fundamentals when I coach even National Champions and World Champion finalist. I was a co-founder and CEO of De Novo Nutrition LLC. A successful supplement company started with no capital and built from scratch.

I have packed a lot of experience in my short time on earth. This has made me gain a perspective that I am passionate about sharing and hope to spread to help as many as possible through my unique lens of experiences.
